Wow, words do not do my experience justice but I’m going to try! Not only was it extremely easy to get someone to answer the phone, on the second ring! But he saw me immediately, even though he was getting ready to end his day! Talk about a doctor who actually cares about his patients, I’m even a new patient at that! He stayed to see me and assist me in my time of need . He did not once make me feel rushed or like a inconvenience! Truly a genuine doctor. It was a pleasure to meet him and refreshing to see a doctor who actually sees you as a patient and not a number!! Thanks Again!!!!
Dr. Howard Waxman DPM is by far the most thorough and the kindest doctor I have ever seen. He spends more time with you than most doctors and makes you feel calm and reassured. If you ever need a podiatrist, you won't find one more educated or friendlier than this doctor. I'm so thankful to have met him.
Dr Waxman is like a family member. He's attentive to his patients & makes any procedure painless as possible. I've been a patient for years I wouldn't let any other podiatrist touch my feet.
My son had a ingrown toe nail that was infected and bleeding. I call the foot doctor we have used in the past and couldn’t do anything for two weeks. I called Dr. Waxman’s office and they got him in the same day. I can’t say enough about him. He was professional, patient and very attentive to my son through the whole process. He made my son feel comfortable and made him to take his mind off of the procedure. I will definitely go back to him in the future!
My visit with Dr. Waxman was the best experience that I have had with a doctor in a long time. He listened to my issue and thoroughly discussed the pros and cons of different treatments and the cost associated with each. He made sure I understood how to continue my treatment at home. Thanks to Dr. Waxman I’m on my way to running again! Also, his wife, who runs the front office, was amazing at making sure I understood what I was being billed for and setting up a future appointment. They make a great team!

Dr. Waxman took care of my ingrown toenail within in the same day I reached out to him. He is very professional and kind. He truly cares about his patients and their problems. If you need any podiatry work done I would recommend him 10/10! He personally calls you to check on you and makes you a follow up appointment to check everything out! The experience was great. The doctor actually called me back personally after hours. They were able to get me in quick and get my issue resolved. The doctor was personable, professional and made sure I was aware of all the aspects of aftercare and what to expect. Pleasant Valley is now my go to for all mine and my family podiatry needs.
This Dr. was excellent. Explains what he is going to do before doing it. Unfortunately I had a failed procedure by another Podiatrist which was really bothering me. I was prepared to have pain because he had to go in an area that wasn’t healing, but I did not. No pain now at all and I have a follow up in about a week. I would highly recommend Dr. Waxman. His office assistant was nice. The 6ft. Rule was followed except during the procedure, and all were wearing masks.
The service I received went well beyond my expectations. I can’t say enough good things about the staff, they are very professional, kind and caring! I saw Dr. Waxman after leaving my condition untreated for a long time, I was in a lot of pain and was pretty nervous. He was kind, professional, and thorough. He performed the necessary procedures that day without making me come back for a second appointment. I left there feeling like a new person. As far as I am concerned there are not enough stars to give to Dr. Waxman and his staff!!
Love Dr. Waxman he takes very good care of my feet. Diane who is there with him is also a kind hearted person who always has a smile on her face and keeps that office together. They both works well together. I would truly reccomend him to anyone. You should have seen my feet and see them now, what a difference. Love ya both

This guy treated you like you where friends for a long time. he explained what he would do as I'm scared of needles he said don't worry no pain, and after it the next day will feel much better. well I was there Yesterday had it removed on both sides of my toe. today i feel great no pain feels weird well i guess no more pain, as he said. I will go back to him and recommend anyone to go to him.GREAT JOB. I was in and out of there 45 mins. and the staff was great as well.If you have problems with your feet don't be scared, go to him he will treat you like family.

Dr. Dr. Ricci was amazing. I thought for sure that my fungal issue was out for the worst and will require extreme measure on recuperating my foot nails. But that was no challenge. Dr. Ricci immediately brought me relief after debriefing me on the concerns with my toe nails. The treatment provided worked wonders and I can't thank her enough. I will recommend her to anyone!
